Like any story, there is a beginning... Ours started in 1800 with my great grandfather Honoré and my great grandmother Marie... And Yes, at the time, a farm was a real family story! Like many farms, the polyculture was a bet (livestock, cereal, vine...) in order to be self-sufficient. And Yes, no Leclerc, inter and Super U! But rather a good sausage, a little bread and a glass of wine! All homemade!!! The versatility of exploitation also allowed them to compensate for the loss of one crop by another.
