To assure a high quality harvest, The Vignobles Pelvillain favour very strict methods of culture. The closest care is brought to vineyards at every stage of the vegetative cycle in order to obtain a healthy grape and of the required maturity.

The wine-making methods, using the best environmental treatments, are based on a rigorous control of the grape production, a systematic grassing of vineyards and in the selection of the bunches of grapes on foot to improve the quality of our wines. The experience and the observation of the specificity of soils, climatic hazards, and various stages of vegetation, allow us to develop fine fragmented selections.

The harvest is almost completely mechanised.
